Bump gitlab-fog-azure-rm version to 1.1.1

What does this MR do?

Bumps the gitlab-fog-azure-rm version to 1.1.1, to strip trailing periods from file paths when getting blobs in Azure. This is necessary for #332027 (closed), as files ending with . in any segment of the path will not be retrievable otherwise.
