Epic boards - Ancestors sidebar widget
What does this MR do?
Creates ancestors sidebar widget and adds it to epic board sidebar (behind :epic_boards feature flag).
Also reorders widget in epic board sidebar to be consistent with epic page sidebar (confidentiality is above ancetors and participants).
