Replace deprecated mention of update_attributes
What does this MR do?
https://rubyinrails.com/2019/04/09/rails-6-1-activerecord-deprecates-update-attributes-methods/
Rails 6.1 which we just switched to, renamed update_attributes
to update
, I noticed it was in documentation that I was trying to use (and it threw an error in the console) so I opened an MR to fix all the spots I found in the documentation.
I found all mention in the documentation via search: https://gitlab.com/search?search=update_attributes&project_id=278964&group_id=9970
There are a few places in the code which still utilize a method named update_attributes
, however that method is within the app/models/wiki_page.rb
and not the ActiveRecord method that was deprecated in Rails 6.1
