Adds a test for the environment scope field

What does this MR do?

Pulls in the changes from https://gitlab.com/gitlab-org/gitlab-ce/merge_requests/19643 and adds an EE specific tests to make sure that these changes don't negatively affect the EE version of the code.

Why was this MR needed?

Because the aforementioned CE MR adds some functionality that hides a field. We need to make sure that this field is still visible on the EE version.
