Test real field values for GraphQL LicenseType
What does this MR do?
Related to #332068 (closed)
In response to feedback received in the review of !62510 (merged), this MR updates the specs for LicenseType and CurrentLicenseType GraphQL types to actually test the values from resolving the fields. Previously, the specs only verified the fields were included in the graphql fields, but no verification of the result.
