Update junit attachment documentation
Ref: #330951 (closed)
What does this MR do?
This MR updates our documentation to clarify that our junit parser is able to parse attachment if the path is relative to the $CI_PROJECT_DIR
variable.
Why are we doing this?
In order to Dogfooding the junit attachment feature we had to tweak the attachment path produced by our capybara.
To simplify the feature adoption @mlapierre brought up a good point that it will be easier for users to leverage this feature if we do a better job at explaining how to set it up correctly.
