Delete prefix for junit attachment path

What does this MR do?

This commit moves our business logic to strip out the build group project path from our capybara configuration to our junit parser.

Why are we doing this?

As brought up by @mlapierre we aim to make it possible to allow GitLab to display JUnit screenshots without needing users to alter the screenshot path.
