What does this MR do?
Experiment cleanup (feature flag removal): Optionally start a trial during free signup
The experiment is currently rolled out to 100% of users and has been deemed a success. The changes need to become an official part of the product. Related to #328710
This is already rolled out to the gitlab.com production environment with 100% deployment. In a follow-up step we shall need to restrict the trials to company users.
