Clarify when manual acceptance of an invite may occur in tests

What does this MR do?

• Clarifies the scenario when manual acceptance/declining of an invite is possible.

• Adds test cases for those scenarios on accept or decline.

• interim measure until we decide to go ahead with removing this social/ldap loophole
