Draft: Forcibly show trial status popover when 14 & 3 days remain in the trial
What does this MR do?
Forcibly pops-out the trial status popover under certain criteria:
- When there are between 14 & 7 days remaining in their trial and we have not already forcibly popped it out
- When there are 3 or fewer days remaining in their trial and we have not already forcibly popped it out
