Resolve "WIP: Test coverage Visualization artifact size limit"

What does this MR do?

This MR increases the artifact file size limit on pipelines to allow for up to 50MB files. This is a direct requirement by a customer with large co debase that need large artifacts to successfully run code coverage visualization
