Add checkbox labels to bulk edit UI
What does this MR do?
This MR adds checkbox labels to the bulk edit UI.
Also improves the bulk edit feature specs to be more in line with https://docs.gitlab.com/ee/development/testing_guide/best_practices.html#ui-testing
