Remove metrics for Web Application Firewall [RUN ALL RSPEC] [RUN AS-IF-FOSS]

What does this MR do?

This change removes metrics for WAF (Ingress Modsecurity) metrics.

In %14.0 we are removing WAF feature as this will be no longer supported in GitLab, you can find more details here: #326973 (closed)
