Update indeni cloudrail ci template name

What does this MR do?

The template added in the related MR below had an extra hyphen that we missed. The template does not show up in the new file dropdown list. This MR removes the hyphen to fix discoverability. The template already says specifically that you should not use the template with include, and it was not findable previously either, so I think it is safe to just do a straight rename.
