Docs: Clarify where repository pools are stored vs. hashed storage
What does this MR do?
Our docs show a code example of how the pools path differs from hashed, but spelling it out in words helps to reinforce this for the reader. I also added a cross-reference to link the de-duplication page to the hashed pools example.
