Fix ArgumentError for bulk insert

What does this MR do?

We have some attributes missing in the records while we are performing bulk insert. In the MR, we checked whether we have all the required attributes in the records for bulk insert.

We have some related kibana log: https://gitlab.com/gitlab-org/security/www-gitlab-com/-/issues/12#note_563092020. But, it is not clear which fields are missing during bulk_update.
