Allow trial plans to behave paid plan

What does this MR do?

After the introduction of 2 new plans, 'ULTIMATE_TRIAL' and 'PREMIUM_TRIAL', the SaaS product should allow the namespace to behave like a paid plan when its gitlab_subscription points to one of the trial plans.
