Add named-list type go generic reports

What does this MR do?

It adds a Vue component to render generic reports with the type of named-list on the vulnerability details page.

How to test this locally

1. Create a new project, give it a gitlab-ci.yml file with the following contents:

stages:
    - dast

dast:
  stage: dast 
  image: alpine:3.10.2
  script:
    - pwd
  artifacts:
    reports:
      dast: dast.json

2. Download $2115137 and add it to the project file dast.json
3. Run a pipeline, view vulnerabilities
4. Apply the following patch which will render some report types which are not currently implemented: add_types.patch
