This follows the metric deprecation process by marking 2 un-used analytics count metrics as removed.

Initial confirmation that these are un-used was given by Manage:Optimize. Final confirmation was given by Product Intelligence in https://gitlab.com/gitlab-data/analytics/-/issues/8656
