docs: Clarify when push mirrored repo gets the first update
What does this MR do?
Screenshots (strongly suggested)
Adding an extra line to explain that after enabling push mirrors, the mirrored repo is synced only when a commit is made, or if a forced update is triggered. It can be some time till a new commit is pushed, and some users would doubt that the mirror is working properly.
