Update all analytics metrics definitions

What does this MR do?

This updates a few dozen metrics definition YAML files that are all related to analytics features (which are owned by groupoptimize). Specifically, this updates the group label to group::optimize (because the group name changed from group::analytics a few months ago), and adds definitions to all the files that did not already have one.
