Update UI text for confluence integration
What does this MR do?
Resolves #300589 (closed)
Updates the UI text for the confluence integration. I also externalized a few more strings to translation.
Since this integration is similar to the wiki link change integration (updated in !58600 (merged)), I made sure to make the description in the integration list match the style in that other MR.
I also went ahead and updated the extra message you get when you activate the integration with a valid URL to match the reality (I tested it to make sure it's correct).
