Remove unnecessary project finder on group members index action

What does this MR do?

• Removes unnecessary @project setting in Groups::GroupMembersController#index action.
  • tracked this back to aaa1c942 where 'people/members' were attached to a project
  • no longer needed as @project isn't referenced
