Draft: [POC - project-group consolidation] Use projects for getting epics - step 2

What does this MR do?

In step 1, shadow project was added for each group and a BG migration added reference to group's shadow project for each epic.

In this phase we switch internally to group's shadow project in Epics finder for finding epics instead of using epic's group.
