Fix yaml syntax for DAST_PATHS: example

What does this MR do?

Fixes syntax in example for DAST_PATHS CI/CD variable.

Current _in_valid YAML:

variables:
  DAST_PATHS=/page1.html,/category1/page1.html,/page3.html

Changes it to valid YAML:

variables:
  DAST_PATHS: "/page1.html,/category1/page1.html,/page3.html"
