Test mutation payload in ManageViaMr

What does this MR do?

This adds some test coverage to ensure that the ManageViaMr component triggers a mutation with the proper variables. This changes is motivated by the fact that changing the mutation's payload in !58230 (merged) was not caught by any test: !58230 (comment 546736491)
