Add correlation id in X-Request-ID for external pipeline validation
What does this MR do?
This MR is a retry. The previous MR (!58486 (merged)) was reverted (!58695 (merged)) because of a broken master problem (#327035 (closed)).
In this MR, differently, I stub the CorrelationId for my all test cases.
