Update repository_files.md

What does this MR do?

Original example curl commands had url as https://gitlab.example.com. If this example command is copy/pasted and modified with one's own project id, filename, and branch, this command still fails, as https://gitlab.example.com does not resolve.

Removes example. from url in example commands, for clarity.
