Send token in header to external validation service
What does this MR do?
This MR adds support for sending an X-Gitlab-Token token in requests to the external validation service. The value is taken from the EXTERNAL_VALIDATION_SERVICE_TOKEN environment variable and the header is only sent if a the variable has a value.
