Allow extra data to be sent with Snowplow events
What does this MR do?
In https://gitlab.com/gitlab-org/iglu/-/merge_requests/52, we added a new extra field to the gitlab_standard schema. This object can be used to add arbitrary key-value pairs to any event.
This MR updates StandardContext and Gitlab::Tracking.event to accept these extra arguments and send them with events.
The version of gitlab_standard is also bumped to 1-0-4.
