Add missing audit logging to invite service

What does this MR do?

• As per this thread we should have Audit Events in this service similar to CreateService
  • This aligns that and is part of a multi-step approach to align these Services code-wise.

We will live with some duplication in the code/test area for now until Step 3 of the Plan. This MR will concern itself with adding the audit event logging piece only to the InviteService.
