Docs: Console artifacts removal is synchronous

What does this MR do?

It clarifies what kind of operation artifacts removal is. I was wondering about this while troubleshooting customer issue and I feel it is good to have it noted for future users.

I have verified this is true by observing the logs on my test instance via gitlab-ctl tail. I got none related to the above action (e.g. in sidekiq) and they got removed from the DB. If this was async action, something would probably be logged in the output. I also looked at the code and saw no enqueue calls, destroy_all seems to come from Active Record.

• Technical writer review. If not requested for this MR, must be scheduled post-merge. To request for this MR, assign the writer listed for the applicable DevOps stage.
  • Ensure docs metadata are present and up-to-date.
  • Ensure Technical Writing and documentation are added.
  • Add the corresponding docs:: scoped label.
  • If working on UI text, add the corresponding UI Text scoped label.
  • Add twdoing when starting work on the MR.
  • Add twfinished if Technical Writing team work on the MR is complete but it remains open.

• Clear typos, like this is a typpo.
