Update specs to not find by #note-body or #note_note

What does this MR do?

This MR updates specs to not find by #note-body or #note_note since we want to prefer finding by UI text/label/name.

#note-body was replaced with the input label, Comment. #note_note was replaced with the input name, note[note] for consistency since this is used in many other specs.
