Bump vue-jest to 4.0.1
What does this MR do?
vue-jest has finally released new version 4.0.1 so we can update our RC version.
This update also removes the one warning from yarn install: warning "vue-jest > ts-jest@26.4.1" has unmet peer dependency "typescript@>=3.8 <5.0"
