Add basic link click tracking to the trial status widget experiment

What does this MR do?

Adds very basic & simple link/button click tracking to the Trial Status Widget experiment.

This tracking uses the data-track attributes which will automatically set up link click tracking to Snowplow by means of tracking.js.
