Align heading style with subheadings in markdown
Description
Our syntax highlighting themes have inconsistent differentiation between first level headings and subheadings in markdown. Lines that start with # sometimes look like comments, sometimes like subheadings`.

This MR aligns all headings (#) to have the same style as subheadings (##), as that's also the style that's used in the "Edit" mode.
