Fix argument type for PopulateUuidsForSecurityFindings and reschedule

What does this MR do?

Follow-up to !51472 (merged) (main issue: #277327 (closed)) in which we got the argument type to migrate_in wrong.

This fixes the issue and reschedules the migration.
