Support composer v2 metadata-url

What does this MR do?

Adds metadata-url field to composer API in order to support composer v2 (https://github.com/composer/composer/blob/master/UPGRADE-2.0.md#for-composer-repository-implementors).

This adds a new API entry point (/p2) similar to the old one (now /p1), which does not require a SHA to work.
