Move CI CD Settings fields to EE where appropriate [RUN ALL RSPEC] [RUN AS-IF-FOSS]

What does this MR do?

A few fields were mistakenly included in the non-EE type. This moves those fields to EE since merge trains and merged result pipelines are both enterprise edition only features.

There is no issue associated with this change.
