Revert "Convert Search Scope Tabs to Vue Component"
What does this MR do?
This reverts !52018 (merged) as it caused the following bugs:
Since that MR was mainly just a refactoring I think it's best to revert for now and take the time to fix these issues properly rather than attempting to roll forward. Neither problem seemed trivial to solve so I thought reverting will be fastest.
