Update installation.md for systemd distributions
What does this MR do?

Provides alternative command for installing Packages and Dependencies on systemd distributions.
According to current documentation you should install runit but this will remove your systemd. In the case of installing GitLab on systemd based system you need to install runit-systemd instead.
...more and more distributions are moving to systemd.
