WIP: Updates Auto DevOps Jobs to utilize the CI_DEFAULT_BRANCH variable

What does this MR do?

Utilizes the CI_DEFAULT_BRANCH variable instead of hard-coding the branch name to "master" in Auto DevOps Jobs.
