Expand Linux cheat sheet's Networking section

What does this MR do?

This MR adds several helpful commands to the networking section of our Linux troubleshooting cheat sheet.

• ping
• traceroute
• tcpdump
• ip
• mtr

Plus commands to check local DNS settings and configuration.

These commands are used by Support and sometimes useful in GitLab Support tickets, but they are not mentioned in our troubleshooting documentation (yet!).

This is the first iteration toward gitlab-com/support/support-team-meta#2432 (closed)

Security

If this MR contains changes to processing or storing of credentials or tokens, authorization and authentication methods and other items described in the security review guidelines:

• Label as security and @ mention @gitlab-com/gl-security/appsec
• The MR includes necessary changes to maintain consistency between UI, API, email, or other methods
• Security reports checked/validated by a reviewer from the AppSec team
