Update timezone.md
What does this MR do?
Update the command to list the timezones nowadays, at least in Omnibus installations.
Are there points in the code the reviewer needs to double check?
No.
Why was this MR needed?
Because the command suggest there is not working in a Ubuntu environment with the latest version of the software installed from Omnibus.
