Remove redundant MR widget text

What does this MR do?

Per our UI review, the word "Terraform" appears too many times in the MR Widget.

This MR will:

• Update the vue component to use i18n
• Remove the term Terraform from report information
• Update associated tests and translations

• Label as security and @ mention @gitlab-com/gl-security/appsec
• The MR includes necessary changes to maintain consistency between UI, API, email, or other methods
• Security reports checked/validated by a reviewer from the AppSec team
