Draft: Fix overflowing issue names in new board sidebar

What does this MR do?

This MR resolves long issue name overflowing in the new boards sidebar.

First reported by @agarciatesares !51480 (comment 485946683)

I only found an issue: the drawer inherits .gl-white-space-nowrap from the parent component, so issues with long names are overflowing. I'm approving as this is solvable setting white-space: normal; on the drawer.
