[RUN AS-IF-FOSS] Move security reports parsing related fixtures

What does this MR do?

This MR moves the security report parsing logic related fixtures from EE directory to CE directory. There will be a follow-up MR to move actual classes as it would make the MR scope quite big and hard to review if done at one shot.
