Add housekeeping to wiki repository after git push operation

What does this MR do?

After all the previous MRs, in this one we actually add housekeeping to wiki's repository. The action is triggered after any git push to the wiki repository.

We've hidden the feature behind the feature flag in order to test it better and/or prevent any other side effect.
