Update dpl command line

What does this MR do?

When I found this guide it helped me but I had some problems and it was because the command line and the dpl that was in the guide is not updated. I read the documentation and I update this guide after checking that those changes work for me.

• The MR includes necessary changes to maintain consistency between UI, API, email, or other methods
• Security reports checked/validated by a reviewer from the AppSec team
