Fix breadcrumb dropdown on mobile being too narrow

What does this MR do?

This MR sets the min-width of the breadcrumb dropdown to 200px on mobile (xs breakpoint). The change is relevant for the "plus" dropdown on the project overview which would otherwise be very slim and nearly unusable.
